The letters at the beginning of this article have nothing good to say about CFLO. The letters at the end say nothing bad—so it is difficult to know which stories to believe. ll in all, it’s been a great year for the summer programs. CS has received very few complaints about the programs, and the complaints that have come in have been minor.
