What Makes You Unique

The Webster University Department of Music in the Leigh Gerdine College of Fine Arts fosters a collaborative environment, enabling students to explore and expand their artistic horizons. Our classes and programs of study offer real-world knowledge with music faculty who have specific expertise in their fields of education and performance. Webster’s suburban setting means a close-knit, friendly campus, with plentiful arts opportunities in the greater St. Louis area minutes away.

Scholarships & Financial Aid

Music Scholarships up to $5,000 per year are available to Music majors who participate in a live audition. Preference is given to those students who audition prior to March 1. Notable Alumni

Jennifer Johnson Cano is an internationally acclaimed mezzo-soprano and rising star in the world of opera. Samantha Schmid won the American Prize for Women in Art Song. Erin Bode is a leading jazz artist who performs worldwide.
