Musicians Club of Women

Founded in 1875, The Musicians Club of Women supports women in classical music in the Chicago area and throughout the Midwest through performance opportunities, grants, and competitions. MCW annually awards over $50,000 in prize money to talented women musicians. For more info, please visit www.musiciansclubofwomen.org. I serve the MCW in several capacities, most relevant of which is as their Awards Officer. We are currently marketing for our 2021 virtual competition, the deadline for which is April 1st. This competition is open to women musicians ages 16-30, living or studying in IL, IN, MI, WI, MN, and IA.
