The LEAD (Learn, Explore, Adapt, Diversify) Cooperative offers innovative & tuition-free programs for students on the cusps of their professional careers with a focus on chamber music and leadership. Programs include arts administration, collaborative piano, composition, conducting, instrumental studies, and vocal studies.

The LEAD Co-op offers limited spaces in each program in order to provide students with the opportunity to work closely with one another and maximize time with our outstanding faculty. Studies include program-specific classes, one-on-one meetings, cross-disciplinary workshops and masterclasses, and chamber music experience both within and outside of students’ primary discipline.

For years, we have worked closely with our team of faculty, staff and students to make our educational offerings as accessible and inclusive as possible with dedicated scholarships and special funding. We are pleased to share that tuition is FREE, thanks to the generous support of donors and granting organizations!
