Description
Nestled in the Appalachians, Bluefield College [BC] -the college of alumnus Dr. John Nash, the subject of the Russell Crowe Academy-Award film ‘A Beautiful Mind” -offers much. BC’s Voice program includes superb Voice Professors, Lyric Diction, Opera Workshop; and Broadway touring performers come to the campus for annual “Music Theater Showcases.” All music students receive scholarships. Choirs at BC (SATB and Women’s Ensembles, Masterworks Chorale -our ‘town and gown’ chorus) have performed at Avery Fisher, Lincoln Center, and Carnegie Hall, and tour Europe. Dr. Moir, Director of Voice and Choirs, invites you to investigate your vocal future at BC.
