Description

UO offers various degrees in Voice. The BM, which is more focused on performance. The Applied Voice program is designed for aspiring performers who seek specialized vocal training within the format and flexibility of the bachelor of arts (BA) and bachelor of science (BS) degree. The MM is for next step up, to prepare for auditions for more professional level programs, and to acquire more performance experience, and a higher level of technical proficiency. The DMA is a much more academic program, geared for those singers who want to pursue a future teaching at the university level. Admission to all of the Voice programs is determined by audition for the Applied Voice faculty.
