Southeastern Oklahoma State University's department of Music invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor/Applied Vocal Music.

Serve as Assistant Professor (non-tenure track) of Applied Voice. Teach applied voice lessons to music majors and non-music majors, teach voice related studies (which may include diction, vocal literature, vocal pedagogy, or a vocal technique course for instrumental majors), and other classes/duties as assigned by the Chair of the Department of Music. Collaborate with colleagues on choral recruitment, outreach, and assist within the department as needed. This position also requires service on departmental and university committees, attendance at faculty meetings, and occasional night and weekend obligations.

REQUIRED: ABD with completion before the start of appointment (must provide date in application materials). A minimum 2 years of college teaching experience (graduate teaching assistant or adjunct experience may count toward this requirement).
