Valparaiso Masterclass

Praised as a versatile singer, Anne Marie Bice performs and teaches many genres of music. Working professionally in the Chicagoland area since 2001, she is currently on the Voice Faculty at Valparaiso University. She teaches Applied Voice and the Vocal Jazz Combo. Professor Bice collaborates with the Faculty Jazz Trio, Bach Institute, guest artists, and regional ensembles on numerous performances annually. Professor Bice holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music from Luther College and a Master of Music Degree in Vocal Performance from Northwestern University.  She is a member of NATS and JEN.

Professor Bice incorporates yogic practices in her music studio highlighting the importance of mind-body awareness in vocal production. Professor Bice shares this knowledge with the community on campus through workshops offered throughout the school year. Professor Bice is a 200hr RYT registered through Yoga Alliance and is Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga certified.
