Tim Russell and Jenna Pastuszek are the co-founders of Innovative Performance and Innovative Voice Studio, where they guide elite performers to build captivating performances on any platform, from Broadway theaters to Zoom. As Estill Voice International Master Trainers, they help clients leverage their unique storytelling skills to connect with their voices, their content, their teams, and their audiences. Together, they hold degrees in Vocal Performance & Vocal Pedagogy (NYU Steinhardt), Education & History (UVA), and Mechanical Engineering (UCONN). Their joint careers include over eleven years as adjunct faculty in academia (USC, CAP21, UARTS, AADA, NYU) as well as a combined twenty+ years of performance experience, singing across the country and around the world. They lead and develop experiences like courses, workshops, classes, lessons, and talks for a variety of professional voice users. Both are proud members of Actors Equity Association. Clients have appeared on Broadway, off-Broadway and in National Tours, including Hamilton, Phantom of the Opera, Chicago, 1776, Hadestown, Wicked, Ain't Too Proud, Diana, Sing Street, SIX, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Grease, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Fiddler on the Roof, The Wizard of Oz, Hello Dolly!, Once, West Side Story, American Idiot, Saturday Night Fever, South Pacific, Motown the Musical, and more.
