Theater Pforzheim

The Pforzheim Theater is the largest and most important cultural institution in the independent city of Pforzheim and the entire region. In the large house with its 511 seats, in the podium with 130 seats and in the foyer of the three-part house on Waisenhausplatz, around 500 events take place every year. Visitors are offered a varied program of operas and operettas, musicals, drama and comedy, ballet, symphony concerts with the Badische Philharmonie Pforzheim and a colorful program for children and young people. The range of in-house productions ranges from baroque operas to contemporary drama. Around 25 premieres and several revivals per season ensure a sophisticated and entertaining program. There is a total of 22 different subscriptions to choose from, as well as a contingent of tickets for free sale.
