Friedrichstadt-Palast is looking for for the season 21/22 of ARISE Grand

BACKGROUND-SINGER (role: Sirens) as well as COVER for PROTAGONIST (role: TIME) with acting and dancing skills.

"The Sirens" are a backing vocal group consisting of 3 singers. The Sirens accompany the protagonists and are part of the acting and choreographic scenes. In addition, the sirens are used as covers for the protagonists.

TIME is a gender-fluid character, an uncompromising and humorous individual. This powerful and shape-shifting personality commands the stage space with extraordinary presence.

General Profile:

- Singer with very good acting and good dancing skills.

- Very strong, unique pop voice. Tenor/soprano preferred.

- Age between 35-45 years

- Mastery of various musical styles (e.g. rap, rock, pop, musical theater).

- Willingness to sing in several languages (e.g. English, German)

- No fear of heights

- Ability to perform up to 8 times per week while maintaining excellent quality

Artistic Profile:

- Extensive experience in live theater

- Exceptional stage charisma and impressive stage presence

- Excellent acting skills to portray a character with a strong narrative arc

- Experience as MC an asset

- Good speaking voice
