The 2025/26 scheme welcomes applications from classically trained singers with global majority heritage. Those who have applied before are welcomed to re-apply.

The training delivered in this programme focuses on developing technique, audition/interview preparation, rehearsal room skills, and career development advice.

We offer a £350 bursary to each successful mentee

The programme for all mentees includes:

- 4 one-to-one sessions with your mentor

- 2 Masterclasses

- Online and in-person workshops

- 1 performance opportunity at the end of the programme

- Opportunities to observe rehearsals and performances with a professional company

- Feedback meeting
