Neil Semer Vocal Institute 2023

The 25th annual Neil Semer Vocal Institute (NSVI) will take place at the spectacular Villa Medici-Giulini outside of Milan, Italy. It is an intensive and fun filled program of musical performance and in depth coaching and study. There is a swimming pool and lush gardens at the villa. Past participants have sung at the Met, Paris Opera, New York City Opera, San Francisco Opera, Chicago Lyric, La Scala, Covent Garden, Glyndebourne, Bayreuth, Berlin Staatsoper, Santa Fe Opera, Dresden, Munich, Basel et.al., and on musical theatre stages around the world.

The student body is international, and has included talented singers from the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, England, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico and Romania among others. The number of participants is limited to twenty, to insure sufficient individual attention and a high standard of work.
