Connecticut Lyric Opera is pleased to announce open auditions for its May 2025 NEA-funded mainstage production of "Amistad" by Anthony Davis, a co-production with Harlem Opera Theater.

Auditions for all leading roles and ensemble will be held on Nov. 23 from 10am-Noon at the National Opera Center in New York City.

To be considered for an audition slot, please email auditions@ctlyricopera.org with Resume/CV, Headshot, and Audio/video links to contrasting arias, at least one contemporary in English if possible. Previous auditioners need not reapply as casting decisions have not yet been made.
