Cincinnati Music Theatre

Cincinnati Music Theatre is proud to announce auditions for A Christmas Story the Musical, making its regional premiere this fall in the Jarson-Kaplan Theater at the Aronoff Center for the Arts!

AUDITIONS:

July 12th, 2025, from 1:00PM to 6:00PM

July 13th, 2025, from 2:00PM to 9:00PM

Invited Callbacks: July 15th, 2025, 7PM (if needed)

AUDITION LOCATION:

Clifton United Methodist Church, 3416 Clifton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45220

PLEASE PREPARE AND PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING FOR YOUR AUDITION:

* 16-32 bars of a Broadway-style song that showcases both your vocal range & acting ability

* Sheet music in the proper key with cuts marked. An accompanist will be provided (no CD’s, tapes, or a cappella numbers, please)

* Shoes and clothing appropriate for a dance audition

* A copy of your resume and headshot, if available**

* A list of potential rehearsal conflicts from mid-August to mid-November**
