Description

In keeping with the President’s commitment to Tuskegee University demonstrating “Excellence in Every Way”, the ideal VOICE INSTRUCTOR will possess the willingness to use his or her expertise to assist in the university’s efforts to be a sustainable academic organization committed to excellence.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

Teach all voice principals, minors and electives. Teach six to seven credits of Music History and/or Music Theory.

Qualifications

While the earned doctorate or artist diploma in accompanying (or ABD status) is recommended, the candidate must possess a Master of Music degree and have vast experience in vocal performance. The candidate must possess knowledge of vocal literature.
