Alhambra Theatre and Dining

The Alhambra Theatre and Dining will be accepting online submissions for “The Rocky Horror Show” starting Monday, August 11th, until Monday, August 25th. Video submissions from local artists or those with local housing will be considered for this production, as it is a limited-run event. Video submissions can include material from the show or material that features pop or rock vocals, and any dance footage from previous productions, or a short dance combo. This production is rated R, and all actors should be comfortable showing their bodies onstage, as most costumes are very risqué. This will be the fifth annual production for the Alhambra, with the previous four productions selling out completely. This production, like the movie, has a cult following, and the director is seeking fearless actors who love to perform!

The roles of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, Rocky, Magenta/Usherette, and the Criminologist have been pre-cast; however, understudies from the ensemble will cover them.
