Seeking applications for the 2022 StrawHat auditions. Producers state: "StrawHat supports professional theater and the careers of non-Equity performers and technical artists looking to develop their careers in theater. Seeking actors, musical theatre singers and dancers for summer theater, theme park, and live entertainment: Production companies from around the country attend each year to cast their seasons.
Registration fee is $40. If accepted for an audition, an additional $65 fee applies. Compensation for productions varies from contract to contract as established by individual attending companies. Both summer and longer-term employment may be available.
StrawHat Auditions are by application and appointment only. Online application/registration, complete instructions, and additional information are available at www.strawhat-auditions.com. Online submissions to our website must be complete by Jan. 15, 2022. Paid registration includes a personal listing in the StrawHat Casting Online database complete with your photo/resume and video audition.
