August 12, 2025 in Kristiansand

August 28-29, 2025 in Oslo

Requirements:

- educated singers (relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education)

- solid music reading skills

- ensemble experience

Audition repertoire

- One aria of free choice from JS Bach's St. John Passion or St. Matthew Passion

- One song of free choice (not baroque)

- sight-singing

- ensemble singing

Compensation:

- fee per project

- For visitors, a travel allowance and hotel accommodation are also provided

- Depending on funding, five to seven projects are usually carried out per year. The singers have a three-year agreement to be preferred in all KVE productions. The singers are free to choose which productions they have the opportunity to participate in.
