“The Sirens” is a backing vocal group comprising three singers. The trio accompany the protagonists and perform in acting scenes and choreographies. The Sirens also cover for the protagonists.

THE PROTAGONISTS:

CAMER’ON: The show’s protagonist, an eccentric and courageous personality of seductive charm,

who is able to enchant an audience – BARITONE (pop, rock); playing age: 35-45.

LIGHT: A very charismatic singer, who lights up the stage with her angelic elegance and sensual femininity – SOPRANO (pop); playing age: 25-35.

TIME: A gender-fluid character, an uncompromising and humorous individual. This powerful shape-shifting personality dominates the stage with their exceptional presence – TENOR/ SOPRANO (rap, pop), experience in drag/cabaret and/or as an MC advantageous; playing age: 40-50.

INSPIRATION: A lovable yet chaotic personality, a lively whirlwind of energy and crazy ideas. She is loud, unpredictable, high-spirited and very seductive. The girl Sally Bowles would look up to – ALTO (pop), experience in cabaret and/or as an MC advantageous; playing age: 30-40.

General Profile:

• Willingness to sing in several languages (e.g. English, German, Persian)

• No fear of heights

• Ability to perform up to 8 times per week with consistently excellent quality

Artistic Profile:

• Extensive experience in live theatre

• Outstanding stage charisma and a captivating stage presence

• Excellent acting skills to present a character with a strong narrative arc
