Chenango River Theatre

We are accepting submissions from Equity and non-equity actors. We will take submissions until March 22nd.

ALL AEA AND OUT OF TOWN AUDITIONS ARE BY VIDEO SUBMISSION ONLY:

Submit video of a comedic contemporary monologue (less than two minutes) along with headshot and one page resume.

If you are interested in I Love You, You’re Perfect Now Change, please submit a short, preferably comic musical number and a comedic contemporary monologue (combined not to exceed three minutes). If you would like to perform something from the show, options are available below, with recorded accompaniment.

Videos can be submitted via youtube or vimeo.

Submissions of Headshot/Resumes

Please Title them with your LAST NAME ONLY for each document (ie, SmithHeadshot.jpg, or SmithResume.pdf). All documents must be submitted as pdfs or jpgs. Please tell us what role(s)/show(s) you are submitting for.

Local Non-Equity Auditions

Sunday, March 20 from 1-4 pm

Please prepare a short, preferably comedic monologue (less than 2 minutes). If you would prefer to instead read something from one of the shows, sides will be provided at the audition.

If you are interested in I Love You, You’re Perfect Now Change, we would like to see a song from the show – They are provided below, as are links to accompaniment. We will have the recorded accompaniment at the audition, as well as copies of the sheet music. We will be video recording any auditions which are specifically for the musical (the director is out of state).
