Garden State Opera

The Garden State Opera will be holding auditions in New York City for the second performance of the new opera `The Silk City`. Rehearsals will be in Manhattan, the final Dress Rehearsals and the performance will be in northern New Jersey.

The performance date is April 10, 2022 and the production will be fully staged, with orchestra. Singers interested in attending the auditions can email resume, headshot, contact information and media to garstaopera@gmail.com.

The audition dates are January 6 and 7, 2022, 4–7 PM in Midtown Manhattan, NYC.

We will contact you with information on the Audition `s location and the assigned audition time. GSO COVID policy is that Singers, Staff and Orchestra Musicians will be fully vaccinated, rehearsals and performances will be without masks.

Applications are accepted even after the audition date.
