Saturday, September 18th | 10am-12:30pm (for Children 7-16 years old) and 1:30-4:00pm (ALL AGES 7+ through Adult)

Sunday, September 19th | 6-8:30pm (for ADULTS 17+ ONLY)

Grand Rapids Civic Theatre is a community theatre, which means that all the actors who perform on our stage are a collection of individuals from this area who have a talent and interest in theatre arts. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned actor, you are welcome to audition for our productions. With each season offering musicals, plays, comedies, dramas, and youth productions, there is a show for everyone.

Those planning to audition for a Play will be asked to read from the script. For Musical auditions, prepare 16 measures of a memorized song and bring sheet music that includes a piano accompaniment line. Recorded accompaniments and a capella auditions will not be accepted. Musical auditions will also include a dance audition.
