Del Mar College

The Department of Music at Del Mar College seeks an Instructor or Assistant Professor of Music (full-time, tenure track). This individual will also serve as the Director of Choral Activities, direct the various choral ensembles, and oversee all aspects of the choral program.

Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Vast knowledge of choral repertoire, thorough knowledge in choral techniques and demonstration of effective choral rehearsal management.

Ability to plan and publicize performances.

Ability to form relationships with those in the music community.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline.
