Phantom (cast & cover)

- acting age 30 to 40

- excellent German language skills

- elegant and menacing appearance that allows for tender and romantic feelings at the same time

- excellent singer and actor with star quality

- voice range: tenor/high baritone (with strong low register)

- contemporary sound

- can easily hold a high A flat with a full voice and a high C sharp in falsetto

Christine (cast & cover)

- acting age 18 to 25

- excellent German language skills

- young lyric soprano with girlish charisma

- must be able to credibly portray a ballet dancer from the Paris Opera who suddenly becomes a star

- voice range: soprano with elements of classical and musical

- range g- e (coloratura)

Raoul (cast & cover)

- acting age mid-20s to mid-30s

- excellent German language skills

- handsome aristocratic appearance

- voice range: high lyric baritone/tenor (two octaves from A flat to A flat)

Monsieur Firmin (cover)

- acting age 35 to 55

- elegant, but a little confused and scatterbrained

- character actor with a good feel for stylish comedy

- voice range: baritone (high e/f)

Monsieur Andre (cast & cover)

- age range 35 to 55

- charming manager of high standing with a temperament like an artist

- elegant, but a little confused and scatterbrained

- character actor with a good feeling for stylish comedy

- vocal range: baritenor (high g)

Carlotta (cast & cover

- age range mid 30s to mid 40s

- prima donna of the Paris Opera and eccentric diva

- strong classical singing technique and good comedic instinct

- vocal range: dramatic coloratura soprano to e

Ubaldo Piangi (cast & cover)

- age range mid 30s to mid 40s

- middle-aged Italian opera singer at the Paris Opera

- wit and humor

- vocal range: high tenor to high C (excellent opera singing technique).

Madame Giry (cover)

- acting age late 30s to 50s

- elegant, strict appearance with natural authority

- vocal range: mezzo-soprano (high b) with no noticeable break between head and chest voice
