Cardinal Stage

Cardinal Stage is holding auditions for Non-Equity actors 18 and older for their upcoming production of “A Year With Frog & Toad”, book and lyrics by Willie Reale, music by Robert Reale, based on the books by Arnold Lobel. Kate Galvin, director; Brandon Magid, musical director; Lauren Haughton Gillis, choreographer.

First Rehearsal: November 30, 2021

Performance Dates: Dec 21-Jan 2

Audition Details:

Initial auditions will be held via video submission for all actors. Callbacks will be held in person for local performers on September 25th and via video for non-local performers.

Cardinal Stage is committed to an inclusive approach to casting. Actors of all types and abilities are encouraged to submit for the role with which they identify. Cardinal Stage takes pride in hiring local (Bloomington/Indianapolis-area) artists. Travel and housing will be provided for non-local artists.

As this is an in-person production all performers must be fully vaccinated by the start of rehearsal. Covid safety protocols will be in place and proof of vaccination will be required.
