UNC Greensboro is accepting applications for an Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre (Musical Direction).

Minimum Qualifications

* We are looking for candidates with strong skills in collaboration and communication, as well as professional networks to help bridge classroom experiences and the profession.

* Applicants should have special expertise in musical theatre as a musical director.

* MM, MFA in Music, Musical Theatre, or Theatre, or equivalent professional experience.

* Professional experience as a musical director.

* Excellent piano skills.

* Experience in vocal editing, mixing, and production to include recording tracks.

* Experience with inclusive teaching strategies (identity-conscious and culturally responsive) at the undergraduate/graduate levels.
