Music and Theatre Arts: Instructor of Applied Voice (60%)
POSITION: Applied Voice Instructor-Soprano or Mezzo Soprano preferred. 60% FTE Instructional Academic Staff Position in the Department of Music and Theatre Arts in the Lecturer title series beginning August 22, 2022. This is a one-year renewable appointment with salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree required; Doctorate preferred. The following will be considered assets: evidence of successful teaching at the collegiate level; demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusiveness.
DUTIES: Duties and responsibilities include teaching applied voice as assigned, which includes teaching an active studio class and recruiting prospective voice students. Other responsibilities could be assigned according to departmental need.
