The Hamburg State Opera GmbH (Choir Director Eberhard Friedrich) is looking for the following positions for the State Opera Choir for the new season 2022/2023

1st Bass & 2nd Bass

The Hamburg State Opera is one of the leading opera houses in Europe. The schedule each season includes six opera and two ballet premieres on the Grand Stage and numerous revivals from the extensive repertoire, which includes works from nearly 350 years of music history. Showcasing modern musical theater, combining old works with new perspectives, and cultivating the classics of the repertoire are important programmatic priorities, along with a distinctive passion for the new.

Prerequisites:

- Studies in the field of voice

- Flawless command of the German language

Compensation:

Choral class 1a, plus flat salary.
