Grand Rapids Community College is seeking candidates to conduct three choral ensembles and teach courses within the discipline of Music. Candidates should possess an interest in working with diverse student populations from a wide range of age, ethnicity, national origin and ability; engaging with innovative teaching strategies; assessing student learning outcomes; demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development; and, providing service to our students, the college, and our community at large.

Educational Credentials

* Masters of Music in Choral Conducting required

* Preferred: Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Choral Conducting or Master's in Music Education
