UNC-Greensboro is accepting applications for an Visiting Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre (Musical Direction).

Minimum Qualifications

* We are looking for candidates with strong skills in collaboration and communication, as well as professional networks to help bridge classroom experiences and the profession. Applicants should have special expertise in musical theatre as a musical director.

* MM, MFA in Music, Musical Theatre or Theatre, or equivalent professional experience.

* Professional experience as a musical director

* Excellent piano skills

3: Teaching philosophy including experience with teaching musical theatre technique, music theory or musicianship, how to creatively decolonize curricula, and fostering collaborative and supportive studios and rehearsals
