United States Army Field Band

The Soldiers' Chorus announces the following vacancies:

Soprano Vocalist

Alto Vocalist

Tenor Vocalist

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Professional performance experience preferred

* Exceptional stage presence as a soloist and ensemble vocalist for live and virtual audiences

* Ability to meet Army height/weight standards and maintain a trim physically fit appearance

* Civilian applicants must be 17-34 years of age or up to 42 with a waiver

* U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (green card holder)

Submit the Following:

1: Create videos containing 1 selection per video that include ALL of the following:

• Two contrasting contemporary selections demonstrating commercial performance capabilities (to be selected from current pop, country, Latin, rock, jazz or R&B repertoire)

• One selection from the following musical styles: Musical Theater, Opera, or Art Song

• A cappella performance of the National Anthem

2: Upload videos to YouTube and put links to each video into the body of an email.

3: Attach to the email a recent resumé in PDF format with current mailing address, phone, and email address.

4: Send the email with video links and resumé to: usarmyfieldbandauditions@army.mil.
