Opera House Players

We are in need of 6 to 8 solid vocalists who can sing tenor or bass to add to The Choir. The Choir sings throughout the entire show and performs one of the most stunning and powerful "entr'actes" ever written! An ability to blend as well as experience singing in a choir or other SATB group is a plus!

Rehearsals will take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons from October 2021 to January 2022. Not everyone will be called at all times. More days may be added as we approach tech week and opening night. There are nine performances scheduled - February 4-6, 11-13 and 18-20.

All participants must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a written exemption. Unvaccinated cast members will need to provide a negative COVID test weekly.

Audition Requirements

RECORD YOURSELF SINGING

Make a video of you singing the provided cut from the show. The sheet music and vocal track can be downloaded below. Sing your comfortable voice part. Try your best with the text, but we are more looking for tone quality and phrasing.
