Leavenworth Summer Theater

We could not be more delighted to invite you to audition for our 2022 summer season! After a tumultuous summer last year, we are thrilled to bring the three shows originally planned for 2020 to life in 2022 - The Sound of Music and The Secret Garden at the Ski Hill Amphitheater, and The Music Man at the Hatchery Stage.

We will also be continuing our vaccine policy from 2021. All adult company members (age 18+) will be required to submit proof of completed COVID vaccination to participate. We may also need to require booster shots for adults and vaccinations for young actors; and we will have that information finalized by Feb. 15. Finally, performers in the roles of Liesl, Rolf, Tommy, and Zaneeta will be required to be fully vaccinated, regardless of age.

Auditions this year will be a hybrid of in-person and video auditions. We will be holding in-person auditions for young actors on Feb. 26 and for adults on March 2 – 6. But if an actor is unable to make these in-person opportunities or would prefer to submit digitally, we will also be accepting video auditions.
