Description
The Mittelsächsische Theater und Philharmonie gGmbh, in short: the Mittelsächsische Theater, is looking for a tenor for the musical theater ensemble starting with the 2022/23 season, at the beginning of Sergio Raonic Lukovic's directorship.
We are a multi-genre theater with the historic city theaters in the university city of Freiberg and in Döbeln as our main locations and attractive open-air venues such as the Seebühne Kriebstein. Performances are held throughout the district of Central Saxony, a region midway between Chemnitz, Dresden and Leipzig with a population of around 300,000.
Our ensemble members should feel at home in opera, operetta, musical and concert. The spectrum of assignments should range from Mozart and German Spieloper to Verdi's Duca or Alfredo.
Remuneration is based on the NV-Bühne collective wage agreement.

Mandatory components of the audition are a Verdi aria (Rigoletto or Traviata) and a German language aria.
