At the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart, the following position is available for the summer semester 2022:
Professorship Singing W 3 (m/f/d).
We are looking for an artistic personality with a university degree and proof of international opera and concert activity, preferably a male voice. In addition, pedagogical experience, if possible in higher education, regular presence in Stuttgart during the semester, and active involvement in all areas of academic self-administration are required.
The incumbent will be responsible for 20 hours per week of teaching, planning, and organizing artistic and pedagogical projects in the field of voice.
The Rector decides on the filling of the professorship in agreement with the Ministry of Science, Research and Art of Baden-Württemberg. Upon initial appointment to a professorship, the employment relationship is generally limited to three years. The appointment is made in the form of a non-pay-scale employment relationship with remuneration based on grade W 3. A transfer to the civil service of the state is possible if the requirements are met. The extent of the teaching duties is determined by the LVVO-KHS.

Foreign diplomas, certificates, etc. must be submitted in a certified German translation together with proof of equivalence with German certificates.
