Uptown Players

Uptown Players announces auditions for the regional premiere of the musical Kinky Boots.

We are seeking a diverse cast of union and non-union individuals. There are four LOA/LORT principal equity contracts available for this production.

To create the safest possible audition environment, vocal auditions will be held by video submission only and are due no later than 1159pm on February 20, 2022. Your video audition selection should showcase the style and vocal range of the character for which you are auditioning. A headshot and resume are required along with your video submission. For those selected, there will be in-person callbacks for ensemble/dance and principal roles on February 22 and 23 in the evening. Rehearsals will begin the week of June 20. The production runs July 15 - 31 at the Kalita Humphreys Theater. For additional information, visit www.uptownplayers.org.
