St. John the Evangelist (Episcopal)

Alto section leader position at St. John the Evangelist (Episcopal) in Hingham, MA.

Candidates should have excellent sight-reading skills, a blending voice, and a cheerful attitude. Familiarity with standard Anglican repertoire is a plus. Thursday rehearsals at 7:30 pm; Sunday warm-up at 9:00, followed by service at 10:00. 16-member Adult Choir includes volunteers and a professional quartet. Season runs from September through early June.

Pay is $75 per call; $100 for special services (Christmas Eve, Holy Week/Easter, occasional Evensongs).

Covid vaccination is required.
