Auditions for Lightning Thief

6:00 PM, Monday, Dec. 8, 2025

All auditions are open to the public.

Available Roles + Show Details

Those auditioning must bring a prepared solo, preferably in the style of the show. It is preferred that auditionees bring sheet music and sing with a provided live accompanist. Those auditioning may bring an accompaniment track to play from an iPhone or similar device.

Characters in the show will present the gender they are written but they can be played by performers of any gender who are comfortable playing the given role.

Roles available for ages 12+, any gender, ethnicity, or type.

Please arrive

15 minutes before

your scheduled audition time to check in.

Upon arrival, actors will sign in, receive a name tag, and have their photo taken (if not already provided in Casting Manager).

You will be introduced to the production team present at auditions.

Auditions will proceed in the order of sign-up, with everyone singing first.

Depending on attendance, you may also be asked to

read or dance later in the evening

Walk-in auditions are welcome.

If the director requires callbacks, you will be notified by 12 PM on Tuesday, December 9.

The cast list will be posted online after all roles are confirmed, and all auditionees will receive an email regarding casting, whether cast or not.

If you cannot attend in person, video auditions must be submitted by December 8at 6 PM.
