Description
The College of Wooster seeks applications for a part-time voice instructor, to begin August 2022. Primary duties include teaching weekly in-person applied voice lessons to both music majors and non-majors. Depending on background and experience, other teaching responsibilities may include related coursework (e.g., diction, vocal pedagogy, or class voice) as needed. There are opportunities on campus for recitals and other collaborative performances.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in voice or vocal pedagogy required. Candidate must demonstrate evidence of successful teaching experience of undergraduate students in a college or university setting. Exemplary musicianship, including keyboard skills are required. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to be a congenial colleague.

Screening will begin immediately and will continue until a qualified candidate is selected, with preference given to applications received before June 20, 2022.
