Fausto Ricci International Opera Singing Competition

The Competition, born to honor the name and the history of the great baritone from Viterbo, has two categories, for a total prize money of €. 11.500,00:

EMERGING VOICES Category - Three Prizes reserved for candidates under 32 years of age (sopranos and tenors) and 34 years of age (mezzo-sopranos, contraltos, baritones and basses).

OPERA ROLES Category - Engagement of two casts for Donizetti's Opera Don Pasquale.

The opera in competition is "Don Pasquale" by G. Donizetti (all roles except "Un Notaro", for the formation of two casts), scheduled within the Festival dell'Etruria Meridionale 2022 and in other theaters (total, 14 performances).
