Kath Topping Award for Vocal Studies 2022

The Kath Topping Vocal Award 2022 will be the sixteenth award to be made by Kent Chamber Choir in memory of Kath, a much-loved member of the Choir who died suddenly in 2002. She joined Kent County Council as an archivist finally becoming Specialist Services Manager in Kent Libraries. She lived in Maidstone and was a governor of St Simon Stock RC Secondary School.

One or more awards of up to £500 each may be made to provide support for vocal studies such as singing lessons or the purchase of music or scores in the 2022 - 23 academic year.

To be eligible to apply, you must be aged between 16 and 23 on 31st August 2022 and your 'family home' must be in the Kent or Medway Authority Area, even if you personally are currently living outside the county because of college/university study.

Please complete the application form and return it as soon as possible, but not later than 27th May 2022.
