Who is this opportunity for? (Essential Criteria)

• Artists creating their own original music e.g.:

o Songwriters

o Composers

o Producers

o Bands/Duos - individual members of groups are eligible to apply if they are the main music creator within their group and can act responsible for coordinating any group activity

• Ready to pursue music as primary occupation, or already doing so

• Aged over 25

• Bristol based

• At least 3 years professional experience within the music industry

• Track record of commercially released, published, or commissioned work

• Track record of live performance or digital presentation of work

• Evidence of recent growth in local and/or regional profile

• Not signed to a major label or in receipt of a substantial label advance

• Not under any business, employment, educational, or other contractual obligations that would compromise or restrict participation in the project

• Artists who are either underrepresented in the music sector or face barriers/challenges to progression within the industry
