Post-Audition 11 October 2021 in Zurich

We are looking for Swiss German speaking comedic performers with good singing voices and dancing skills for the following cover positions:

Cover Deloris Van Cartier: Person of Color, female, strong soul voice (E3 - F#5).

Cover Eddie Souther: male, 25-35, big range up to tenor (Ab2 - B4)

Cover TJ: male, 16-30, good head voice, mostly very high (Db3 - Eb5)

Cover Joey: male, 30-40, good head voice tenor (Bb2 - Eb5)

Cover Pablo: male, 25-40, good head voice also baritone (C4 - F5)

Prerequisite for all roles is Swiss German* as mother tongue.

*Swiss German can NOT be learned. REALLY!!! Not even by exceptionally highly gifted performers*.

Therefore, please do not apply if the native language is not Swiss German.

Production time:

Rehearsals start: September 12, 2022

Season: November 1, 2022 - January 22, 2023, optionally until February 26, 2023

Wed - Sun as evening performance. Sat & Sun partly also in the afternoon.

The musical will be performed in the Maag Halle Zurich.
