The College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences invites applications for a 50% special faculty/lecturer position in the Music Program housed in the Department of Fine and Performing Arts to begin mid-September, 2022.

The faculty member hired for this position will be welcomed into an academic community dedicated to cultural diversity, community engagement, and social justice.

Teaching: a typical workload for this position will involve 22.5 credits per academic year, subject to department needs. Responsibilities could include teaching courses in the areas of Applied Voice, Choirs, Diction, Vocal Pedagogy, Aural Skills/Sight-singing and Opera Workshop.

Additionally, all faculty are expected to engage in effective teaching and assessment of student learning.
