An experienced opera singer with an international career offers training in vocal technique, artistry, stage self-expression, movement on stage and during singing, psychological preparation for performance, phrasing, and everything else a young singer needs for self-development.
Tamar Iveri has six years of teaching experience as invited Voice professor at the State Conservatory of Music. Her students have achieved international success. One of her students, 24 year old mezzo-soprano Elmina Hasan, won at once three awards at the world’s most prestigious competition, of Placido Domingo “Operalia 2024”:She won Second Prize, the Zarzuela Prize, and the Rolex Audience Prize, launching her international career. Another talented student, 22-year-old soprano Anna Oniani, was selected from among 300 applicants for the young artist program at the Paris Opera Bastille. Yet another student became a soloist at the Duisburg Opera House, among other achievements.
In 2022, Tamar Iveri founded the international vocal competition Opera’s Golden Voice on the Black Sea coast, which also includes masterclasses with renowned singers. Both the competition and the masterclass weeks are designed to support the development of emerging vocal talents and to promote their advancement on the world’s opera stages. Tamar Iveri personally invites prominent agents and casting directors from leading opera houses to attend the event.
