Annapolis Opera

Annapolis Opera invites tenor/baritone/bass-baritone/bass singers to submit their materials for the chorus of DON GIOVANNI. In an effort to ensure the breadth of diversity within our community is reflected within our organization, we encourage singers from all backgrounds to apply who are eligible to do so.

Mozart’s DON GIOVANNI (in Italian)

Rehearsals begin: Saturday, October 11, 2025

Tech rehearsals: Saturday, October 25 – Wednesday, October 29, 2025

Performances: Friday, October 31, 2025 at 7:30 PM & Sunday, November 2, 2025 at 3 PM

Chorus members who are cast will receive a fee of $650.00.

Submissions will be accepted through September 8, 2025 at 11:59 PM (EST). Applicants will be notified of their status no later than September 15, 2025.

Please carefully read the following requirements before submitting:

* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submission.

* Applicants must be a tenor/baritone/bass-baritone/bass. We are not accepting submissions for sopranos/mezzo-sopranos/contraltos at this time.

* Applicants must commit to the performance and rehearsal dates (listed above).

* Applicants must be local to the Annapolis/Maryland area; housing and travel are not provided.
