Audition Oracle Singers' Preparation Award 2025

We’re delighted to announce the return of our Singers' Preparation Award!

This one-off award provides £500 to support the preparation and development of an opera, choral, or classical singer.

How the Award Can Be Used

Recipients may use the award in a variety of ways, including:

- Training to prepare for specific performances.

- Personal brand development, such as website creation or design work.

- Mounting personal performances and productions.

- Creating performance opportunities for others.

- Developing new works.

Application Requirements

- Applicants must submit the following via the Audition Oracle website:

- A one page CV titled with your name and voice type, and saved as a PDF.

- A professional headshot uploaded to your Audition Oracle profile.

- Two contrasting arias (video or audio). These may include opera, oratorio, or song repertoire.

- A clear plan detailing how the £500 will be spent, with financial quotes where possible.

Key Dates

- Applications open on the 7th January 2025

- Application Deadline: 28th February 2025

- Award Announcement: By 31st March 2025

- There are no application fees, and applications are open to all eligible candidates.

Eligibility

- Open to classical, opera, and choral singers aged 18 and over.

- There is no upper age limit.

- Applicants must be members of Audition Oracle at the time of the award. (Non-members can register for a free basic account to apply.)

- Proposals must focus on a specific, measurable goal, with financial quotes provided where - available.
