The Candlelight Theatre, located in historic Ardentown, Delaware (30 minutes from Center City, Philadelphia) is accepting pictures (headshot or recent photograph) and resumes for its upcoming production of The Sound of Music.
Please send pictures and resumes to Bob Kelly, Artistic Director bob@candlelightde.org Calls will begin mid-March to arrange audition times for applicants.
*Please indicate when sending your headshot if you have a preference for a Monday or Tuesday audition slot.
Auditions will be held at The Candlelight Theatre and scheduled on :
April 1, 2023 11:00 to 4:00 (Children only – Liesl will be seen at adult call)
April 3 – 6:00 – 10:00pm (Adults + Liesl)
April 4 – 6:00-10:00pm (Adults + Liesl)
Please prepare 16 – 32 bars showing range in the style of the show. Readings will be provided.
All roles are open and paid. Performers may also have the opportunity to work in the restaurant during the run of the show to supplement their income.
