Concordia College (Moorhead, MN) invites applications for a full-time, 3-year term (with the possibility of renewal) at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor in the area of Choral Music. The successful candidate will conduct several choirs and teach in the choral music education curriculum.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in choral conducting, music education, or a related field

* Demonstrated success in working as a secondary public school and/or collegiate choral teacher for a minimum of three years

* Demonstrated success/potential as an active collaborator

* Demonstrated success/potential for recruitment of music majors and non-majors to a collegiate choral program

* Evidence of dynamic leadership in the classroom, rehearsal, and performance environments
